Which alarm is best for a home?
It depends on the home. In a flat, indoor wireless or hybrid protection connected to an ARC is usually enough; in a chalet we recommend adding perimeter protection and cameras. We define it after the site survey.
What is an ARC-connected alarm?
An alarm that sends its signals to an Alarm Receiving Centre, which verifies every alert 24 hours a day and notifies the police and your contacts if an intrusion is confirmed.
What is the difference between a wired and a wireless alarm?
A wired alarm uses concealed wiring and constant power, and is the most stable option. A wireless alarm communicates by radio, installs faster and is ideal when you want to avoid building work.
Do I need a Grade 3 alarm?
Grade 3 is mandatory for some premises (jewellers, financial institutions and other high-risk businesses) and advisable for companies with valuable stock. Homes usually need Grade 2.
