  • Installation by our own technicians, no subcontractors.
  • Viewing access for the property manager or president, if the community decides so.
  • Maintenance and support with an assigned technician.
Regulations

Video surveillance in communities, within the law

We help make sure the installation complies with data protection rules from day one.

  • Owners’ meeting agreement: the installation must be approved at the meeting and recorded in the minutes.
  • Information signs: “video surveillance area”, visible at the entrances.
  • Shared areas only: cameras must not cover the public street beyond what is essential, nor the inside of homes.
  • Limited retention: images are deleted within a maximum of one month, unless they prove an incident.
  • Restricted access: only people authorised by the community can view recordings.

This information is for guidance only. Before installing, we review your community’s specific requirements with the property manager.
